Dr. Eng. Samuel Kundishora is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Guarantee Risk Solar Energy (Pvt) Ltd [GRSE]. He is distinguished Electronics Engineer and ICT expert with over 30 years of experience in engineering, telecommunications, ICT policy, and project management. His expertise spans equipment design, maintenance, feasibility studies, strategic ICT risk management, and policy formulation. He has served in senior government roles, including over 13 years as a Permanent Secretary in Zimbabwe, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the country’s ICT landscape. A visionary leader and consultant, Dr. Kundishora continues to contribute to ICT education, innovation, and community development.

Throughout his career, Dr. Kundishora has led several major national and regional initiatives, including the development of Zimbabwe’s Smart 2030 Master Plan, the establishment of the National Data Centre, and the implementation of e-Government strategies. He spearheaded the Smart Agriculture Blueprint under the Smart Africa Alliance and initiated projects addressing last-mile connectivity and digital inclusivity. His contributions to postal sector reforms, e-learning, and the creation of community information centres have significantly enhanced ICT accessibility in marginalized communities.

Dr. Kundishora’s achievements have been recognized through numerous awards, including the ICT Excellence Award and the Zimbabwe Professional Achievers Award. He has been an influential member of international engineering and ICT organizations, contributing to various committees and research initiatives. With a strong academic background, including a PhD in socio-economic transformation through ICT, he continues to shape the future of technology and governance in Africa through advisory and consultancy roles.

Raphael is Non-Executive Director on the Board of Guarantee Risk Solar Energy (Pvt) Ltd [GRSE]. His qualifications include, RPAcc(Z), MSc Accounting and Finance (UK), FCCA (UK), FCG (UK) & (Z), FICTA (Z), AZITA, PGDAA (UZ), BCompt (UNISA). Raphael is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Governance Specialist, Certified Tax Accountant, Registered Public Accountant and qualified Financial Director, External and Internal Audit Director with more than 30 years demonstrable experience in mobile telecomms, investments, external auditing (BIG 4 firms), risk management, large manufacturing, non-governmental, public sector, consultancy, lecturing and examining and retail organisations.

He has a good understanding of Corporate Governance principles, regulatory, tax and legislative issues, a team player who is able to interact at Board level and a strategic thinker who thinks outside the box. Raphael has excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills, strong knowledge of Africa-wide business, socio economic and regulatory environments having worked in three countries. He is a devoted Christian with strong cultural and religious principles, who contributes immensely to community development programs and empowering persons with disabilities during spare time.

Hon Chasi is Non-Executive Director on the Board of Guarantee Risk Solar Energy (Pvt) Ltd [GRSE]. He is Senior Partner at Chasi Maguwudze Legal Practice, and has over 36 years of experience in both the Administration and Practice of Law. He acquired his Bachelor of Laws in 1985 and served as Deputy Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs.

Hon Chasi’s area of specialty, energy regulatory support and renewable energy projects, is largely influenced by his record making term in Office as Minister of Energy and Power Development. He is an expert in compliance issues as well as conflict management in this area of specialty. To his record, he holds the following degrees; Master of Science in International Relations (UZ), Master of Laws from ESSEX University and Master of Laws in International Business law from Cumbria. His expertise in compliance matters is largely influenced by his term of office in the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe as in-house counsel. Hon Chasi also served as Deputy Minister of Transport and Infrastructural Development. He fully understands the workings of government in the sectors which he worked in and can easily leverage on his networks for the benefit of clients.

Ms Garwe is Non-Executive Director on the Board of Guarantee Risk Solar Energy (Pvt) Ltd [GRSE]. She holds a double major in psychology and sociology from Africa University, A pots Graduate Diploma in Leadership with YYLA and Project Management with the Project Management Institute of Zimbabwe. She is graduating in August 2025 with a Masters in International Studies at the Zimbabwe National Defence University. Her academic background, coupled with over 20 years of professional experience, equips her to lead with vision and purpose.

Professionally, Ms Garwe serves as the Operations Executive at NRTV, where she oversees critical operational functions, contributing to the station’s ongoing success. She has been working in the field of Media, Broadcasting and Communication for more than 10 years, with experiences at AB Communication, StarFM and ZTN Prime. Tendai is a radio and TV personality whose on air name is Sokostina. Her dedication to operational excellence has been a key factor in NRTV’s growth, and her contributions were recognized when she received the ”Purple Award” from Women in Media Africa 2023 and “Best TV Media Manager of the Year” award in 2024. Ms Garwe is a Strategic Communicator and veteran Broadcaster. She is also a self- published author of two books “A Letter to my Son, 40 Plus One Lessons for Life and Success” and “Mwadhi Kuna Nevanji, Panorangwa Mwana waMambo Muranda Terera”.

Dr. Eng. Ben Rafemoyo is Non-Executive Director on the Board of Guarantee Risk Solar Energy (Pvt) Ltd [GRSE]. He is the Chief Executive Officer of the Engineering Council of Zimbabwe (ICZ). He brings special skills to the GRSE Board, including energy and telecommunications; power utility executive management; Board & Governance expertise as well as energy and ICT project design, management and implementation experience. Dr. Eng. Rafemoyo worked for the Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority (ZESA) for over 30 years in various capacities, rising from Graduate Management Trainee in 1981 up to 2010 when he retired as Chief Executive Officer of ZESA Holdings Ltd.

Dr. Eng. Rafemoyo’s qualification credentials include BE(Electrical & Electronics)(Uni of Surrey); DE ((Electrical & Electronics)(Honoris Causa)(CUB); HND (Electrical Power Engineering Systems)(UK), MBA(Strategic Mgt.) (UZ); Etc. In addition, Dr. Eng. Rafemoyo holds the following professional membership;- Fellow Zimbabwe Institution of Engineers(FZIE); Fellow Academy of Engineering & Technology for The Developing World; Registered Professional Engineer(Engineering Council of Zimbabwe); Member Institute of Marketing Management (IMM – RSA).

Jonathan is a founding Shareholder and Chief Executive Officer of Guarantee Risk Solar Energy (Pvt) Ltd [GRSE]. He is a Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe); Holder of Bacc (Hons) UZ; Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICAZ); Trustee of Zimbabwe Association of Pension Funds.

He has worked for various local and regional organizations covering infrastructure, construction, insurance and financial services industries for over 20 years. Jonathan’s directorship history includes ZB Bank, Glenrand MIB; Manders Coatings & Inks and Guarantee Risk Management Consultants.

Hon Chikudo is the majority founding Shareholder and Executive Director. He is an International Trade Lawyer, having acquired the following qualifications: Master of Laws (LLM); AAArb, Affiliate ASSA, M. IoDSA, FIFAA, FIISA, ACILA, AcILASA, ACII, CFIP, Chartered Adjuster, Chartered Insurance Practitioner, Dip. Risk mgt.

Hon Chikudo has over 30 years entrepreneurship, leadership and strategy experience with local, regional and international enterprise risk management(ETM), EPC engineering, energy, financial and dispute resolution industries. He has been exposed to various winning business models in Africa, Asia-Pacific, United Kingdom and Europe. Reuben is Chairman of Guarantee Risk Group of Companies, and Director of Concordia Africa Ltd, United Kingdom and Orient ERM Consultancy [Nigeria] Ltd, Nigeria. Hon Chikudo is a former Member of Parliament [MP] for Goromonzi South Constituency, Mashonaland East Province, Zimbabwe.

Welcome Sibanda is the Finance Manager/Company Secretary of Guarantee Risk Solar Energy (GRSE). He is a Fellow member of the Southern Africa Association of Accountants, Post Graduate Chartered Diploma in Financial Management Executive Diploma in Business and Post Graduate in Development Studies.

He has over 30 years vast experience in the financial services sector, and coordination of International development projects in operations and financial management.
