Jonathan is a founding Shareholder and Chief Executive Officer of Guarantee Risk Solar Energy (Pvt) Ltd [GRSE]. He is a Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe); Holder of Bacc (Hons) UZ; Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICAZ); Trustee of Zimbabwe Association of Pension Funds.

He has worked for various local and regional organizations covering infrastructure, construction, insurance and financial services industries for over 20 years. Jonathan’s directorship history includes ZB Bank, Glenrand MIB; Manders Coatings & Inks and Guarantee Risk Management Consultants.

Reuben Chikudo, is founding Shareholder and Executive Director of Guarantee Risk Solar Energy (Private) Limited (GRSE). Before founding GRSE, Reuben worked in leadership positions at various local, regional and international organizations in the risk management, financial services and legal industries spanning over 30 years, the latest being Munich Reinsurance Group where he worked for 8 years rising to Head of International Claims, Energy, Risk & Legal (Africa). Reuben has been exposed to various winning business models in Africa, Asia-Pacific and Europe, having used Zimbabwe, South Africa, Mauritius, UAE and Germany as regional launch pads. In addition, Reuben has gained vast experience with the ZESA Holdings thermal and hydro power plants as well as its rural solar electrification programme, as Head of Risk and Audit Team Consultancy (RIAT) for a period exceeding 10 years, as well as exposure with various power plants across Sub-Saharan Africa. Reuben is also Director of GRILAS Consultancy (Pty) Ltd, SA; Guarantee Risk Loss Adjusters & Surveyors, Zambia; Guarantee Properties, Zimbabwe, Concordia Africa Ltd, United Kingdom and Orient International Loss Adjusters Ltd, Nigeria.

Reuben is an International Business Lawyer, having acquired the following qualifications: Master of Laws (LLM), AAArb, Affiliate ASSA, M. IoDSA, FIFAA, FIISA, ACILA, AILASA, ACII, CFIP, Chartered Adjuster, Chartered Insurance Practitioner, Dip. Risk mgt. Reuben is currently pursuing a PhD research programme around financial services industry technology and law reform agenda, and plans to graduate in early 2026.

Eng. Woloza is the Chief Engineer of Guarantee Risk Solar Energy (GRSE). Eng. Woloza holds a Bachelor of Technology (Hons) Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering (NUST), Master of Science in Renewable Energy (UZ), HND Mechanical Engineering, ND Production Engineering, Diploma in Short-Term Insurance (IIZ), Certificate in Quality Management System Development and Implementation/Auditing, Certificate in Occupation Safety health System Management (SAZ).

Before joining Guarantee Risk Solar Energy, Eng. Woloza had accumulated more than 10 years’ post-qualification experience in Renewable Energy, Mechanical/Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering disciplines.

Welcome Sibanda is the Finance Manager/Company Secretary of Guarantee Risk Solar Energy (GRSE). He is a Fellow member of the Southern Africa Association of Accountants, Post Graduate Chartered Diploma in Financial Management Executive Diploma in Business and Post Graduate in Development Studies.

He has over 30 years vast experience in the financial services sector, and coordination of International development projects in operations and financial management.
