Reuben is founding Shareholder and Executive Chairman of Guarantee Risk Solar Energy (GRSE). Before founding GRSE, Reuben worked in leadership positions at various local, regional and international organizations in the risk management, financial services and legal industries spanning over 30 years, the latest being Munich Reinsurance Group where he worked for 8 years rising to Head of International Energy, Risk & Legal (Africa). Reuben has been exposed to various winning business models in Africa, Asia-Pacific and Europe, having used Zimbabwe, South Africa, Mauritius, UAE and Germany as regional launch pads. Reuben is also Director of GRILAS Consultancy (Pty) Ltd, SA; Guarantee Risk Management Consultants, Zimbabwe; Concordia Africa Ltd, United Kingdom and Orient International Risk Management Consultancy, Nigeria. Reuben is an International Business Lawyer, having acquired the following qualifications: Master of Laws (LLM), AAArb, Affiliate ASSA, M. IoDSA, FIFAA, FIISA, ACILA, AILASA, ACII, CFIP, Chartered Adjuster, Chartered Insurance Practitioner, Dip. Risk Mgt.

Jonathan is founding Shareholder and Chief Executive Officer of Guarantee Risk Solar Energy (GRSE). He currently serves as an independent non-executive director for ZB Bank where he is also Chairman of the Audit Committee. ZB Bank is part of the ZSE listed ZBFH. Jonathan’s other non-executive directorship history includes Glenrand MIB; Manders Coatings & Inks and Guarantee Risk Management Consultants. Jonathan is a Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe); Holder of BAcc (Hons), (UZ); Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountancy of Zimbabwe (ICAZ) as well as Trustee, Zimbabwe Association of Pension Funds. Before founding GRSE, Jonathan worked in senior management levels at various local and regional organisations covering infrastructure, construction, insurance and financial services industries for over 30 years. Jonathan’s latest position was Director – Finance & Corporate Affairs at Zimbabwe Insurance Brokers Limited which was part of the ZSE-listed Zimre Group.

Tinashe is the Financial Consultant/Advisor for Guarantee Risk Solar Energy (Pvt) Ltd(GRSE). Before joining GRSE, Tinashe founded BAIT Energy, becoming its first CEO. BAIT Energy is a renewable energy company specializing in providing project development and financial advisory services to Solar IPPs, such as GRSE. Tinashe has extensive experience in these disciplines, having advised Gombe Power Solutions on their 50MW Gombe 01 Solar Project and Lafrica Energy on their 25MW Solar Project in Hwange, respectively. In his role as BAIT Energy CEO, Tinashe is responsible for overseeing the executive and day-to-day management of the company's operations. Before starting BAIT Energy, Tinashe worked as an Accountant for an automotive spare parts company and is an ACCA affiliate. Prior to that, he co-founded and served as CEO for Crystal Xiomi Africa (Private) Limited.

Cloudius is the Chief Engineer for Guarantee Risk Solar Energy (GRSE). He holds a Bachelor of Technology (Hons) Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering (NUST), Master of Science in Renewable Energy (UZ), HND Mechanical Engineering, ND Production Engineering, Diploma in Short-Term Insurance (IIZ), Certificate in Quality Mngt System Development and Implementation/Auditing, Certificate in Occupation Safety health System Management (SAZ)

Before joining Guarantee Risk Solar Energy (Pvt) Ltd, Cloudius had accumulated more than 10 years’ post-qualification experience in Renewable Energy, Mechanical/Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering disciplines. Cloudius has great passion in the technical and renewable energy industry which involves utility solar energy system designs and installation projects, thermodynamics, heat transfer, combustion technologies as well as other renewable energy power generation alternatives like hydro, biogas and wind energy systems. He has been exposed to both internal and external training as well as practical experience in enterprise risk management, risk surveys, claims management and loss adjusting. Cloudius’ extensive qualification and experience credentials certainly add value to Guarantee Risk Solar Energy stakeholders and portfolios, including solar power generation, transmission and distribution as well as plant operations and maintenance.

Kelvin is the Projects Manager for Guarantee Risk Solar Energy (GRSE). Before joining GRSE, Kelvin worked as Projects Engineer in various renewable energy companies in Zimbabwe for over 10 years. Some of these companies include Global Solar; Clamore Solar; A & B Evolving Energies, Heavy Energy and SNV-Netherlands Renewable Energy Projects. Kelvin’s qualifications include Bachelor of Engineering (Hons)(Renewable Energy & Fuels); MSc (Renewable Energy); Various Renewable Energy Courses & Certificate.
